Notes – The League agrees to the following:

To abide by the Articles of Association and any rules set by the GBIHA.
To provide the GBIHA a copy of their organization structure and rules and regulations.
To pay the annual membership fee (First Year Waiver) on or before the requested deadline.

To inform the GBIHA of any changes to their organization structure.
In case if any incidents or injures, the Club will not hold the GBIHA responsible for any liabilities, legal or economic loss.
All the information provided is accurate and true.
